While you relax on a reclined chair, your provider attaches the CoolSculpting device to the part of your body undergoing treatment. You may initially feel intense cold and a pulling sensation, but any discomfort disappears once the area numbs. You can relax and watch Netflix during your treatment.
Once your CoolSculpting session finishes, your provider massages the skin and sends you on your way. You can resume your normal activities immediately after treatment.
It takes your body a few weeks to remove the damaged fat cells, but you may notice improvements in your look within about 4-8 weeks Final results may take up to three months.
