Christina Jordan, MSN, FNP-C
Christina has over 10 years of experience in the medical field providing care to a vast array of patients. She attended the University of Northern Colorado where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and graduated with honors. Christina continued on at UNC to complete her graduate program, earning her Masters of Science in Nursing with her Nurse Practitioner designation while specializing in family medicine.
Christina has extensive experience with several different medical specialties. Immediately after graduation, she earned one of the most challenging nursing position available at St Joseph’s hospital as a float nurse. These are some of the most difficult positions in any hospital because they must be experts in multiple medical disciplines. At SJH, she specialized in complex medical patients, surgical wards, OB/GYN as well as working on pediatrics floors and covering in the acute care units. Christina also spent a significant amount of her time working with veterans at the VA while completing her graduate degree where she specialized in Family Practice.
Bethany Summers, DNP, FNP-BC
Bethany is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice where she graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Northern Colorado. Additionally, she has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Metropolitan State University of Denver. She has medical experience in Oncology, Orthopedics, Cardiology, Pediatrics, Allergy & Immunology, and Emergency Medicine. As an NP, she particularly enjoys building patient relationships to encourage and foster improved health to optimize her patient’s overall quality of life both inside and out.
Bethany was born in Seoul, South Korea, and has lived in Colorado since she was four years old. Outside of medicine, Bethany loves spending time with her husband and daughter, babysitting her rambunctious niece and nephews, hiking, and traveling.
Deb Rhodes, Patient Coordinator/Billing Specialist
Deb joined our practice in the summer of 2018. She brings to us over two decades of experience in Medical Administration, Insurance Billing, and Patient advocacy.
She is dedicated to patient care excellence and is a great source of information in guiding patients through the myriad of complex issues when dealing with Health Insurances. You can call her any time with questions that you may have regarding Insurance billing. Deb has two adult children, is an avid reader, enjoys fine dining and belongs to a gourmet cooking club. She is a water aerobics fan and has a multitude of pets; two dogs, a cat, and a talking parrot, Max.
Melissa Delekta, Patient Coordinator
Melissa joined our practice in the fall of 2018. She graduated from Michigan State University in spring of 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and a minor in public relations. After finishing school Melissa moved to Vail, CO and gained experience in a combination of marketing and administrative roles. She has a passion for elevating patient’s experience at Colorado Skin & Vein and enjoys the challenges that a fast-paced office bring. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys exploring all that Colorado has to offer and cheering on the Michigan State Spartans during football and basketball season.
Jen Pearson, Master Product Specialist
Jennifer has over 5 years of experience in the esthetic and beauty industries. She was the valedictorian of her class at the Aveda Institute and has continued to advance her education by receiving additional certifications in laser/energy-based treatments, microneedling and advanced product trainings. Jennifer provides skincare solutions through her esthetics service offerings- chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, laser hair removal as well as personalized product education. She is well versed in the science of skincare and enjoys customizing experiences based upon each person’s specific goals and needs.
Monica Johnson, Front Desk Coordinator
Monica joined our practice in the summer of 2020. She grew up in Pennsylvania where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences as well as a minor in Spanish and Psychology. During her studies, she gained experience as an Audiologist Assistant where she found her passion for holistic patient care. After graduating, Monica moved to Colorado to pursue a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She enjoys creating a friendly environment for patients and seeing the positive impact that Colorado Skin & Vein has on their well-being. Monica loves cooking and baking, trying new restaurants, and hiking with her dog, Eko.
